The data is represented by different shades of base color.The darkest color shade indicates plan completion of 100 percent. The lighter shade indicates plan completion between 85.5 - 91.9 percent. The lightest shade indicates plan completion between 70.2 - 75.8 percent.

The gray boundary lines indicate the oblast boundaries of the April 1, 1933 administrative division of Ukraine into seven oblasts and the Moldavian Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic (Moldavia).
